Cupping Notes - Cocoa, berry, lemon/lime, strawberry, fruit preserves, very fruity.
About - This coffee is from Finca de Amigos, a small family farm in the Siguatepeque Region owned by David Lopez. In 2013, David started with his first micro lot of 6 bags of coffee (about 912 lbs.) At the age of 19 he joined the cooperative Cohorsil to obtain credit and training thus to be able to grow and develop the farm. He is a father of five children who he is teaching so they can continue to produce the best specialty coffees in Honduras
